1. Service

nocta.lol lets you create and publish a customizable public profile page (content blocks, links, visuals) as a user-generated content hosting service.

2. Account and security

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is presumed to be yours unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the publisher.

3. Content and conduct

You must not use the service to:

• break applicable laws (illegal content, harm to minors, hate speech, terrorism, etc.);
• harass, threaten, defame, or infringe third-party rights;
• distribute malware, spam, deliberately overload infrastructure, or bypass security;
• impersonate others or materially misrepresent your identity.

The publisher may remove content and suspend or delete accounts for serious or repeated breaches or upon lawful authority requests.

4. Intellectual property and licence

You retain rights in content you post. You grant the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, technically reproduce, display, and distribute that content on the Site and related interfaces for as long as needed to operate the service.

You represent that you have the rights to everything you upload (images, text, visible trademarks on your profile).

5. Availability and changes

The service may change (features, limits, maintenance). The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or performance. Some features (marketplace, virtual currency, etc.) may have additional rules shown in the product.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data due to user negligence, or third-party content on the Site.

7. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory consumer laws say otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws chosen by the publisher (update this to match your incorporation — e.g. France / EU). Courts with jurisdiction may hear disputes; consumers may benefit from mandatory protections in their country of residence.
